Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be requested within 24 Hours of the purchase date under the following conditions:
- The service has not been fully delivered or completed.
- An unavoidable technical issue prevents the service from being rendered.
- You have informed us via email at info.gkroon@gmail.com within the refund period.
Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will not be issued for the following circumstances:
- Company registration fees once the process has started with the Department of Trade and Industry.
- Domain registration fees once the domain has been secured.
- Web design & development projects, Once the process has started
- Smartphone repairs where the issue has been resolved as per the agreed-upon service request.
